Intuition improves sales, makes you better at your job, better at negotiating, better at reading people, understanding situations, listing (and hearing), and taking action with certainty.
1. Intuition is a muscle Intuition is a muscle and like any muscle to serve to it's highest capacity it must be worked out, trained and nourished. To work out this muscle requires contemplation, time, attention, intention, and focus. It's not a secret -some people are psychic, can read or see things others can't. They may have been born more sensitive (I was) yet their light may be dimmed as much as someone else's light was never turned on. The workout is unique for each individual. Start by connecting with yourself. You have to know yourself, your inner nuances and what makes you tick. You've got to be tuned into to your own inner guidance system to be able to read others. 2. Sales/ Negotiation Intuition helps you read people and situations. You can adjust a sales conversation, ask the right questions, hold space for the individual or group you're speaking with in a much more powerful way when you can intuitively read the energy 'in the room.' People want to win. Intuition allows you to 'read' the situation and position your offer in a way that helps the other feel like they've won something. 3. Trusting your inner power We live in a world with more disempowering messages than reminders of your amazing inner power. To build trust in how powerful you are, you must become intimate with disempowering mindsets in your default programming. These are the inner conflicts and beliefs that knock you off your game. How do you do this? It's a process. It depends where you are on the journey. Start by becoming self aware when you speak to people-notice what you say. Notice how you carry yourself, how you stand, the words you speak. Inner Power is a muscle as well. You can build the reserves to move mountains or you can give it away at the drop of a dime. Inner power is choice. Step One is choosing to know you're amazing, you're powerful, you deserve what you want, your voice deserves to be heard. Step Two is deciding to take a stand for yourself and trusting yourself to empower your boundaries. Create a new daily practice of remembering your choice and decision that you are powerful and know this: "You are always more powerful than you think." When you commit to build your muscle of intuition, start listening more closely, hearing beneath the surface, and taking the 3 action steps above daily and soon you'll empower your certainty in the one thing you've got that you're barely using a fraction of- Your Intuition!
