Influence is a Result of Who You Are

If you want more influence in your world - more clients, more income, more acknowledgment, more of those little perks others seem to get with no problem, commit to your personal development beginning with a crazy honest self inquiry.


Here's one place to start: Know what you're a stand for no matter what.

Do you know what you're a stand for no matter what? When a new client enters my world I want to know what they are a stand for no matter what. This way I hold them to their compass when life happens -which it always does. This is what helps me hold space and help them navigate the deep end.

To create change in your life, you need to know what you unequivocally stand for. Otherwise, you'll be tossed around like a leaky boat without a rudder and no compass to course correct.

When you know what you're a stand for, you have a compass to measure when you're off course. 

How do you measure your growth in life? Are you achieving what you set out to do? When you know what you stand for no matter what, you can check in with that thing and ask:

"Where am I not being true to myself? Where am I out of integrity with what I'm a stand for?"

If you've ever been lost in the woods, the desert, or anywhere for that matter- and had the privilege of a little device called a compass- (better yet a map and a compass) - then you know how valuable it is to help you course correct. 

A moral compass has the same value.

I'm a stand for integrity and truth no matter what. Ask people what you can count on about 'Stephanie' and they'll tell you, "She'll tell you the truth no matter what." 

When I first heard someone say that- I was a bit taken aback. Hmmm people see that. Well isn't it interesting because I AM a stand for the truth no matter what. 

Here are 2 reasons why knowing what you're a stand for can help you change your results:

Reason # One

• YOU'RE PROMISE: Others can rely on your promise to show up a certain way, they expect it from you, seek if from you and refer others to you because they can count on you to deliver _____ (from me- "Integrity and Truth No Matter What"). Knowing what you're a stand for and living your stand - positions you as the go to person -when 'that thing you're a stand for' is needed. An added benefit is you lend this power to your personal brand.

Reason # TWO

• When you're aiming for a certain result and it's not happening, knowing what you're a stand for allows you to stop, check in, and 'perform a crazy honest self inquiry' to assess where you're not in alignment with what you stand for. This allows you to shift full power on yourself -the only factor you really can control, and take responsibility. For me, if results aren't happening I ask, "Where am I not speaking my truth, living my truth, expressing my truth, or telling others the truth? Where am I not in integrity with my truth?"  
  

*Heads up- a crazy honest self inquiry is not for the faint at heart. It's a real 'come to clarity' opportunity to see it, own it, and make a plan to change it. (whatever 'it' is for you that is taking you off course)' We are gifted with new moments and new mornings to re-commit, start anew, and forge ahead on purpose living our truth and that thing we are a stand for no matter what.
